On October 27, 2022, Shanghai TruthVision Information Technology Co., Ltd's subsidiary, Shanghai Truthvison BlueTown Information Technology Co., Ltd, and Watermark Senior Living China Limited have reached a strategic cooperation. This cooperation will be dedicated to empowering the intelligent health care industry with AI technology and jointly creating an intelligent health care device and service platform suitable for health care communities and institutions.

      Shanghai TruthVision Information Technology Co., Ltd was established on February 18, 2022 and is a joint venture subsidiary jointly invested by Shanghai TruthVision Information Technology Co., Ltd and Zhejiang BlueTown Spring Breeze Construction Management Co., Ltd. TruthVision holds 60% of the shares and is the controlling shareholder.
